  1. Enjoyed looking at your projects “Faces from Around the Corner” and “Impressions du creux des sables”. Would love to do some portraiture myself one day – a great way to learn a little more about my neighbours! Beautiful plot of land your grandparents had, the old coach looks magnificent, a lovely place to spend some time.

    • You are very kind! Thank you so much for taking the time to look at my projects.
As Diane Arbus said “If I were just curious, it would be very hard to say to someone, “I want to come to your house and have you talk to me and tell me the story of your life.” I mean people are going to say, “You’re crazy.” Plus they’re going to keep mighty guarded. But the camera is a kind of license. A lot of people, they want to be paid that much attention and that’s a reasonable kind of attention to be paid.”
I would strongly recommend to use your camera to get to know your neighbours. I am sure they have fascinating stories to share with you.
