At dawn, Patrick leaves our little hamlet up in the mountains to work at Le Villard, a village near Bozel. He has been working for la salaison Guy Gros for 9 years.
I have always been curious to see where Patrick works as when we get together for an apéritif, he always brings some lovely produce that he has made. This summer, I have tasted many of the other products from the from Guy Gros and adored them!

When I arrived on Monday morning at 8 a.m, Patrick and his colleagues were making some diots.

A l’aube, Patrick quitte notre petit hameau perché dans les montagnes pour travailler au Villard, un village près de Bozel. Il travaille pour la salaison Guy Gros depuis 9 ans. J’ai toujours été curieuse de voir le lieu de travail de Patrick car lorsque nous nous retrouvons pour des apéritifs, Patrick apporte toujours des petits saucissons secs savoureux. Cet été, j’ai goûté d’autres produits de Guy Gros et je me suis régalée!

Quand je suis arrivée lundi matin à huit heures, Patrick et ses collègues confectionnaient des diots.
